Rather, we are talking about Jill Pearson&#8217;s jewelry company, which she founded back in 1992.  Being Japanese American, Pearson is well known for mixing the two cultures together, in order to create clean, sleek, spunky pieces of jewelry.</p>
<p>You can plainly see her aesthetic in this, the Multi Bead Dangle Necklace, which can be both casual and dressy.  There are clusters comprised of faceted rubies in the necklance, along with aventurine, an olive colored quartz, and amozonite.  The chain itself is antique sterling silver.</p>
<p>This is a very fun piece, in part because it is so colorful.  However, because the colors blend together so well and complement one another, it is saved from being too ostentatious and actually manages quite a bit of elegance in the bargain.</p>
